Our FIRST LEGO League and VEX summer camp
Two weeks, Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., with GNCE teams 26112 and 26413. We ran the advanced track in the second week and helped on the VEX side.

Summer robotics seminar
Three free hours at the Weston Public Library for students with no robotics experience, most of it spent learning CAD in Onshape.

- A design challenge
- Students build the tallest paper tower they can, find where it fails and rebuild it: the engineering design process in one exercise.
- CAD in Onshape
- About ninety minutes of hands-on design. Students work in their own Onshape accounts, so their files stay with them after we leave.
- A robot up close
- We bring a competition robot and answer questions about every part on it.
Across all its teams, GNCE has reached 4,000+ people at community events it hosted, ran or helped at.
